✨ GIARA Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We want you to love your GIARA piece. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Jewelry must be unworn, in original condition, and returned with its packaging and affirmation card intact.

  • Apparel must be unwashed, unworn, with original tags still attached.

  • Home and gift items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Final sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Items showing signs of wear or damage

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • GIARA is not responsible for return shipping fees unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for another size or style, please initiate a return and place a new order once your refund is processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@shopgiara.com with your order number and photos. We’ll make it right.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email hello@shopgiara.com with your order number.

  2. We’ll reply with return instructions and a return address.

  3. Carefully package the item(s) to avoid damage during transit.
